    Usually a Chinese is more or less a Chinese. Some are of a little higher quality, some less. But most are more or less the same.

    I've had a couple of Chinese meals that were on the greasy side. Here I got a special chow mein, and it was so greasy and bad that it was inedible. I'm not fussy. This was the first time I've completely thrown a meal away.
